One of the things some of us take for granted is family. It's not that we don't appreciate our parents, it's more that they've been there and we naturally become reliant on their love and support. If you've been lucky enough to have a strong, loving family then life's obstacles tend to be more manageable.
But what if you had no one to call family? What if, as a small child, a tragedy occurred and you were left alone. Or perhaps you were abandoned? As sad as that is, it is a reality for many. The Felix Organization is a champion for children who need a family. Their love and dedication is inspiring and contagious. The message is clear: once we've helped ourselves, it is only natural to help others less fortunate.
